COMO Hotels and Resorts is a name synonymous with quality and luxury. The brand is behind some of the finest hotels and resorts in the world — from Como Parrot Cay, its private island resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands, to Como Castello Del Nero, its twelfth-century castle hotel in Tuscany.

The award-winning group has properties spread all over the world and is consistent with providing luxurious simplicity, fostering connection with the space around them. The portfolio consists of 17 hotels worldwide across jungle, coastal, and urban environments, each described as unique but sharing the same heart.

COMO Metropolitan Singapore

COMO Hotels and Resorts is expanding its global, luxurious portfolio with its first hotel in the COMO Group’s home country, Singapore.

Set to open this September, the contemporary COMO Metropolitan Singapore will provide 156 stylish rooms and suites with a minimalist aesthetic. The hotel will boast citywide views and feature a rooftop bar and pool area.

COMO Orchard

Located in the heart of the city at 30 Bideford Road, COMO Metropolitan Singapore is right nearby Orchard Road, the city’s bustling boulevard, home to designer boutiques and acclaimed culinary establishments. The accommodation will be housed inside COMO Orchard, a new immersive and luxurious conceptual space by the COMO Group, which is spread over 19 floors.

COMO Orchard will be the final product of a carefully curated vision that fuses innovation and creativity to provide a luxury lifestyle experience. With 11 floors being the home of COMO Metropolitan Singapore, the rest will be shared between hospitality, fashion, and wellness.

Fashion

Expect a multi-label fashion retail space by Club21 with dynamic collections and unique pop-up partnerships. Personal shoppers will be available to assist you as you browse and guide you in the right direction. Purchases made will be delivered directly from Club21 floors straight to your hotel wardrobe.

COMO Orchard will also host restaurants guided by Michelin-star chefs, with three dining establishments throughout the venue. Here, internationally acclaimed pastry chef Cédric Grolet will debut in Asia, alongside Simon Kim from the Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse in New York and Miami, who will make an international debut. There will also be a COMO Cuisine serving up Singaporean favourites and all-day dining staples.

Wellness

A 9,000-square-foot wellness facility has been dedicated as the newest addition to the COMO Shambhala arm. At COMO Orchard, the facility will focus on holistic well-being and luxury spa treatments. Yoga, Pilates, Gyro, and the gym will all be part of the experience with classes, workshops, and one-day Wellness Packages available. Nutrition guides and information will also be available, including gut health and body composition diagnostics.

The Homecoming

This inspiring gathering place sets its attention on a passion for the COMO-curated life, one consisting of the finer things. COMO Orchard will be opening in phases, with the first space to launch being Como Metropolitan Singapore.

The project has involved the collaboration of multiple award-winning creatives, including Italian architect Paola Navone (Otto Studio), Japanese interior design consultant Koichiro Ikebuchi (Atelier Ikebuchi), American-Thai interior designer Preeti Sriratana (Modellus Novus), and Norwegian digital artist Thomas Hilland.

There’s no surprise that the COMO Group is making its homecoming one of its most extravagant and meaningful lifestyle experiences yet, a global first of its kind, an exemplary presentation of the potential of modern luxury.
